Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners through high-volume outbound calls to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage a client pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners on Yelp's advertising programs
- Manage a pipeline of diverse clients using CRM software and track daily performance metrics
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas through effective closing techniques and customer relationship management
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience making high-volume outbound calls and proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage tasks independently
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment and adapt to feedback for continuous improvement
- Current US work authorization is required
