Job Summary
Working remotely from the Central or Eastern Region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage a client pipeline, and achieve monthly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Educate and strategize with business owners about Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls
- Manage a pipeline of clients using Salesforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while tracking daily performance metrics
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in general computer skills and email, including experience with Google Suite
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily without fear of rejection
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
- Must possess current US work authorization and a distraction-free work environment
