Job Summary

Focused on driving results, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners through high-volume outbound calls to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage a client pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly quotas.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to educate business owners about Yelp's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound calls
  • Manage a pipeline of diverse clients and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while tracking daily performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience making high volumes of outbound calls daily
  • Proficiency in general computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment and manage tasks independently
  • Current US work authorization is required
