Job Summary

As a remote Inside Sales Representative, the full-time role will provide inbound and outbound customer support, persuade customers to consider additional products and services, and build client relationships while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Persuade customers to consider additional products and services while maintaining client relationships
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to enhance customer interactions

Required qualifications

• 3+ months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
• A high school diploma or GED
• Open availability for scheduling
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
