Remote Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative for a full-time opportunity to achieve and exceed sales quotas by conducting dynamic sales calls and managing client memberships in a fun and engaging matchmaking environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs through effective sales strategies
• Conduct 80-100 outbound sales calls daily to prospective and past clients
• Evaluate and enroll clients in memberships while managing their dating experience

Required qualifications:

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a phone-based role
• Experience in high-volume outbound dialing
• Comfortable with a performance-based commission structure
• Money-motivated with a strong desire to achieve high earnings
