Job Summary
A home services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Inside Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in an interactive training program that graduates you and hands you off to your new team
- Cold calling on new business - this role is 100% phone-based
- Selling Company's offerings as a marketing solution to Home Improvement Pros to help grow their clientele
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of sales or customer facing experience
- Ability to not be afraid to fail andto recover quickly from difficult objections
- Ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly when selling to businesses over the phone
- Strong ability to adapt and possess a coachable mindset
- Willingness and ability to hear and talk on a phone head set for up to 8 hours per day
