A medical device and supplies company has a current position open for a Remote Inside Sales Representative in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establishing customer contact by initiating follow up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
• Promoting products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services
• Resolving customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services

Position Requirements Include:

• Must have excellent telephone customer service skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must have mastery of the English language, both oral and written
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
