A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inside Sales Representative in Parsippany.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Qualifications Include:

• Track record of over-achieving quota
• 3-5+ years experience B2B Sales in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
