Job Summary
A human resources solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Inside Sales Senior Sales Rep.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Outreach to leads via calls and chats, and engage in email communication at a high volume with customers at different points in the sales process
- Aid customers in selecting Gusto
- Support customers through the process of onboarding (70% of your daily conversations)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-6 years experience in inside or outside sales, insurance, retention, or other call center sales environments
- A commitment to customer empathy and ethical business practices
- Passion to achieve goals and improve your craft
- Excellent communication skills both via phone and email/chat
- Motivated by challenge and adaptable to change
