Job Summary
A brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce company is filling a position for a Remote Inside Sales Specialist in Maitland.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging with business partners/customers via telephone and email to analyze their needs and customize recommendations to upsell/cross sell
- Providing ongoing follow up on all open product requests through request completion
- Presenting quote, overcome objections, and find solutions related to quote requests in order to secure the sale
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years sales/sales support experience
- Exceptional phone & e-mail communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Previous experience in the print, promotional, or marketing field
