Job Summary
A manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Inside Sales Support Associate in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as internal sales support for pre-defined territory to achieve sales goals
- Updating customers with order status and ensuring orders are fulfilled timely and accurately
- Educating customers and end users about the company's products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- Experience with Prophet 21 and CRM preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
