A pharmaceutical logistics company has an open position for a Remote Inside Sales Team Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising team and ensuring SOPs are correct and followed
- Coaching, counseling, and developing sales team through key performance measures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales
- Minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills to proficiently use a Windows based system
