Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Inside Sales Unit Manager in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in training and mentoring New Hires
• Providing performance feedback, coaching, and inspiration to your direct Loan Consultant
• Leading by example in the areas of pipeline management and activity standards

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales management experience
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and stay organized while working on multiple projects
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners to drive synergy and efficiencies
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
