Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Insight Marketing Customer Success Manager I.
Must be able to:
- Lead a team of Market Research Customer Success Managers (CSMs) responsible for onboarding, retaining, and growing customers
- Provide direct coaching to team members around their primary responsibilities, and work with them to develop new skills
- Track metrics, risks, trends, and issues with your team's portfolio of customers and solutions
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of SaaS client management experience driving customer value and adoption of product
- 2+ years of experience in a people management or mentorship role
- Professional market research experience in a client-facing role
