A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Insights and Analytics Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Continually update roadmap for Analytics
• Lead and develop a strong team of analysts in SFO, Reno and remote
• Exhibit our cultural values to foster employee engagement and member-centric solutions

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel 25%
• Experience collaborating with Analytics, Engineering, or Data Science organizations
• Outstanding track record of understanding and exceeding customer expectations
• 10 years of experience in analytics, population health, actuarial sciences (FSA), etc
• Data-driven decision maker with diplomatic yet direct problem-solving skills especially in a business setting
• Track record of identifying priorities and the ability to juggle multiple demands while advancing key deliverables
