Job Summary
A technology services company has a current position open for a Remote Insights Strategy Product Marketing Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating and leading Insight Strategy and lead Squad Teams to identify the true insights that matter most, socializing among key stakeholders, and drive to action
- Developing consumer narratives based on insights, supporting each of our key products
- Partnering closely with the Senior Director of Product Strategy to understand the foundational product strategy, establishing a focused learning agenda, and delivering insights that help translate consumer needs into tangible features and experience journeys
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to develop strategic insight learning agendas for full product/customer lifecycle and develop
- Ability to drive the set-up strategy for discussion guides to get at deeper consumer Whys
- Ability to create ongoing synthesis from all sources of insights across consumer, competitive, CX, Digital, and Social, and cull to a few, meaningful, actionable, true insights
- Ability to proactively lead and influence our stakeholders in how to think about the consumer opportunity based on hidden needs and challenge traditional path thinking
- Ability to quickly identify key insights across multiple sources and build a convincing customer needs narrative which motivates the organization to take action on those opportunities
- Ability to support the move from product ideation, development, launch, growth, and retention in partnership with all internal teams
