Remote Install Specialist

Job Summary

Providing remote technical support, the full-time Remote Install Specialist will assist customers with the installation and troubleshooting of alarm equipment through scheduled calls, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver installation assistance to customers via scheduled outbound calls, ensuring effective solutions
• Install various ADT products and clearly communicate complex issues and resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on system functionality and identify additional security solutions to improve their home experience

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required, with technical support experience preferred
• One year of experience as a home security systems technician is highly preferred
• Technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work from a private, quiet area with adequate internet bandwidth
