Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Installation Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Manage all elements of installation events & tasks that include detailed needs assessment review service definition & coordination
  • Communicate implementation plan, including but not limited to the key objectives & deliverables, scheduling, tracking & reporting
  • Assign and perform tasks to meet service timelines

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Visio
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary
  • 2-4 years of industry experience in financial services or retirement services environment
  • Basic knowledge base of ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations, and plan documents
