Remote Installation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Install Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide installation assistance to customers via scheduled outbound calls
• Install a variety of products and services while effectively communicating complex issues
• Educate customers on system functionality and identify additional security solutions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required, with technical support experience preferred
• One year of home security systems technician experience is highly preferred
• Must have a private, quiet work area and adequate internet bandwidth for remote work
