Job Summary

A network for the world's best independent publishers has an open position for a Remote Installs Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Use your knowledge of front-end technologies to install ads on our client’s websites
  • Adjust and position ads on thousands of websites according to our best practices and publisher requests
  • Educate our publishers on technical concepts

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Proficient in web/browser fundamentals, including HTTP, HTML, and CSS
  • Familiarity with WordPress and the basic functionality, dashboard back end
  • Familiarity with Chrome’s DevTools and the ability to troubleshoot HTML/CSS issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solver and able to work independently
  • Love to learn
