Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Institutional Giving Associate Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as a senior leader on the Institutional Giving team, partnering closely with the VP-IG on all aspects of team management
- Supervising and providing leadership to IG team
- Overseeing and coordinating team-level operations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of twelve years of development experience in one or more of the following areas: institutional giving, major gifts, government fundraising, or operational/business planning
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and people/project management skills.
- Ability to oversee and execute a complex set of projects with time-sensitive deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage individuals and teams, inspiring strong performance and professional growth
