Job Summary
A real estate company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Institutional Property Manager in Memphis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Institutional Portfolio in accordance with investors’ changing goals and objectives
- Providing excellent customer service at all times to our Institutional partners
- Co-authoring the Institutional Management playbook to guide an eventual scale of tens of thousands of homes
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience preferred in real estate, customer service, or account management
- Successful completion of a background investigation
