Job Summary
An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Instructional Coaching Manager in Richmond.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Fearlessly leading and coaching a talented team of Instructional Coaches
- Designing and coordinating regular instructional coach training for all product offerings
- Assisting in delivering exceptional service across all partnerships
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Several years of experience in a setting that is conducive to coaching
- Proven ability to leverage technology for communicating, training, and improving processes
- Demonstrated success in training, leading and managing a team of diverse individuals
- Ability to respond quickly by email and other internal communication tools
- Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with co-workers and instructional coach team
- Passion for equity; especially within education
