Job Summary
An engineering, global design, and management consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Design and Communications Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing learning project management services
- Creating and maintaining e-Learning and microlearning content with a variety of authoring tools
- Engaging the project team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to define and develop learning program goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communications, or related field
- 4+ years' relevant experience with Instructional Design techniques/technologies
- Working knowledge of adult learning concepts and multimedia learning principles
- Experience building engaging and impactful learning content - from analysis to evaluation
