Job Summary
A consumer electronics company has an open position for a Remote Instructional Design and Training Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating customized training content to support on-going training effectiveness
- Tracking and controlling training records
- Creating, verifying and procesing document change orders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- AA degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience
- Certification in Instructional Design (CPLP, ATD)
- Basic knowledge of FDA regulations and document control fundamentals
- Working knowledge of interactive content building software (e.g. Articulate 360)
- Knowledge of EDMS and LMS systems & elements
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office
