Job Summary

A financial services and solutions company is in need of a Remote Instructional Design Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and developing instructional materials
• Ensuring training solutions incorporate best practices in adult learning using effective instructional design principles
• Developing alternative and blended learning methodologies and tools

Position Requirements Include:

• National domestic travel up to 10%
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ Years years of experience in learning and development and/or instructional design
