Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Instructional Design Consultant in Newton.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Quickly adapting to our internal processes
- Collaborating with design team members
- Assisting faculty members in the design, development, and implementation of 5 courses
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-5 years of experience in instructional design and/or online course design
- Experience with directly guiding and coaching faculty members, particularly adjunct faculty
- Able to coordinate and manage the course design process
- Evidence of experience designing highly engaging, student centered online and/or hybrid courses
- Deep knowledge of learning outcomes development and instructional alignment
- Experience building courses in a Learning Management System and using learning technology tools
