A venture capital firm has an open position for a Remote Instructional Design Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum development efforts
• Develop lessons, assessments, tools, and case studies
• Plan curriculum development projects and manage them to successful outcomes

Qualifications Include:

• Must have a clear vision and effective processes for identifying the most urgent learning needs of a community
• Must have demonstrated experience creating engaging learning resources
• Must be an expert collaborator with subject-matter experts, editors, illustrators, and other team members
• Must be enthusiastic learner who enjoys nothing more than teaching yourself a new topic so that you can teach it to others
