Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Design Learning Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying training needs for the design of high quality eLearnings, curricula, and learning aids
- Planning and managing instructional design and quality product design review and assurance
- Ensuring instruction design reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time within the United States
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Virtual platform training and eLearning best practices and principles
- Experience applying design best practices and principles
