An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Design Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing staff to peak performance
• Negotiating external contracts and costs
• Assisting product manager in identifying market opportunities

• 10 years of developing adult learning, business process training in multiple delivery formats
• Strong instructional design and adult learning philosophies
• 10 years of identifying, securing, and managing external and internal resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
