An integrated logistics company has an open position for a Remote Instructional Design Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and participating in the creation of engaging learning activities
- Working with the organization to map out the long term course creation plan for both customer and employees
- Mapping the content to specific personas, internal and external
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years experience managing a team
- 5 years of professional experience supporting teaching and learning online
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
