Job Summary
A privately-held software technology company has an open position for a Remote Instructional Design Sales Enablement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate the creation and support of sales enablement programs and training focused on enhancing sales results
- Support the on-demand strategy of sales training in conjunction with the goals of the sales teams
Position Requirements Include:
- BA or BS Degree
- 2-5 years experience in sales enablement, direct sales, or sales-supporting role
- Experience with developing on-demand strategies for increased learning
- Must have experience working with sales and SMEs in a SaaS company
- Must offer creativity for the deployment of training initiatives linked to business outcomes
- Experience in navigating and maintaining organization, development, and deployment of LMS-style training modules
