Remote Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses, simulations, videos, and microlearning assets
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify learning needs
• Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback and recommending enhancements to training programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of instructional design training experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency with eLearning tools and familiarity with LMS systems, SCORM/xAPI standards
• Strong understanding of corporate training frameworks and adult learning theory
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field preferred
• Training experience in a Law Firm or Legal Service Provider is a plus
