Remote Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (WBT) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design training content and define learning objectives
• Analyze existing content and develop learning materials following company standards
• Engage with subject matter experts for content validation and incorporate feedback

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training
• Experience in training development for the utility industry
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Prior experience using Articulate Storyline to create web-based training
• Ability to manage multiple web-based training projects simultaneously
