Remote Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer V, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and deliverables
• Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing content for enhancements to meet learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging content using instructional design best practices, incorporating interactivity and gamification

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in instructional design or strategy preferred
• Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with instructional design authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Experience with Vyond animation software or similar products
