A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer 3 in Waltham.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring, evaluating and recording training activities and program effectiveness
• Offering specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills
• Developing alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen

Qualifications Include:

• 8-10 years of experience as the Director needs this person to hit the ground running
• 5-7 years of related experience
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction
• Knowledge of business and management principles
