Remote Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Remote Instructional Designer will design training programs, develop course content, and conduct assessments to identify development needs while utilizing tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe products.

Key responsibilities

• Designs training programs including classroom lectures and online courses
• Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum
• Conducts assessments to identify new development needs and recommends training methods

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Instructional Design strategies and curriculum development
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe products for audio/video editing
• Experience consulting with subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Familiarity with project management software
• Relevant education and/or training in a related field is a plus
