Remote Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing global training initiative, the full-time Remote Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging learning solutions, including online programs and instructor-led workshops, while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop online learning programs and digital training assets aligned with global training strategies
• Create instructor-led training workshops and supporting materials, including facilitator and participant guides
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform technical content into performance-focused training solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional instructional design experience across multiple delivery methods
• Proficiency with eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Portfolio of relevant instructional design work is required for consideration
