A provider of custom talent development programs is filling a position for a Remote Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing in-depth scoping and needs analysis for instructional design projects
- Providing oversight of program delivery
- Preparing, or contributing to cohesive, in-depth design documents
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6-9 years’ experience in a training capacity in curriculum design/development
- BS or MS degree in Instructional Design, Education or Management
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint)
- Must have technical experience requirements listed by company
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
