Job Summary
An AI property management provider is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer.
Must be able to:
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
- Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1- 3 years in the instructional design experience
- Being data-driven and kind of a data geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills, time management, multi-tasking
- Being curious and creative
- Enjoy a startup environment
- All other requirements necessary for this position
