Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in the field of instructional design/e-learning
- Experience in the design and development of virtual instructor-led training curriculum materials
- Demonstrated empathy for learners and matching instructional strategy to learning outcomes
- Superior technical writing skills that show a high-degree of creativity, clarity and organization
- Experience using Lectora, Storyline or other e-learning authoring tools
