Job Summary
A non-profit financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in root cause analysis
- Partnering in an agile fashion with subject matter experts
- Managing multiple simultaneous learning solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in employee learning and development
- Experience with financial institutions and regulatory compliance training
- Ability to create and deliver engaging learning content tailored to diverse audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
