Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and maintaining valued relationships with key stakeholders
- Designing and developing world class learning programs
- Evaluating the business impact of learning programs through use of learning and performance metrics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years' experience in instructional design or training development environment is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in an ever-changing, project and process driven sales environment
- Must be detail oriented and have strong project management skills needing minimal supervision
- Ability to use web, multimedia authoring tools
