Job Summary

A financial company has a current position open for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating new learning solutions and presentations
  • Building course outlines including title, description, objectives, etc
  • Working collaboratively with the instructors to deploy in person or webinar training

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel to corporate office/meetings as needed <10%
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning pedagogy and instructional approaches
  • Experience working with video editing and recording software
  • Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Articulate360, Adobe Captivate/Adobe Premier
