Job Summary

An online testing company is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Analyzing training needs to develop accurate and measurable learning objectives
• Creating cutting edge curriculum and supporting participant and facilitator guides
• Using technology effectively to create innovative, engaging, and interactive learning materials

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience
• Knowledge of learning and development and organizational development disciplines
• Proven experience analyzing, designing, and developing innovative learning deliverables
• Ability to create educational audio and video, including script writing and storyboarding
• Demonstrated proficiency with graphic design for learning and creative technology suites
