Job Summary

A non-profit education provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing a basic template for on-ground courses to facilitate leveraging of technology to enhance the learning experience
• Applying the appropriate design template for each course, utilizing established course design principles and Quality Matters standards
• Identifying situations where an existing template may need to be revised, or where a new template may need to be created

Required Skills:

• Experience in instructional design and revision (internship minimally)
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or other equivalent curriculum that focuses on instructional design
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple course developments simultaneously
• Experience working with subject matter experts to produce a product ready for delivery, including the ability to work effectively with faculty
