Job Summary
A financial services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Instructional Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define scope of learning experiences
- Design and develop learning solutions
- Create solutions that satisfy the needs of a diverse set of learners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s in instructional design, educational technology, communications or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in developing instructor-led and online learning in related environments
- Knowledge of best practices in adult learning and instructional design
- Ability to convert technical or complex information into easily used and understandable text
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools
- Experience with a Talent Management System
