Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing, creating, and publishing training content and courses
  • Writing training documentation
  • Seeking to understand the motivations, expectations, and mindsets of the learner

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Knowledge in designing communication and change management strategies
  • Strong writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or above) in Marketing, Communications, Instructional Technology, and/or related fields
  • Experience in developing learning programs and solutions
  • Skills in Office Applications (e.g. Microsoft Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Experience conducting training sessions
