Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create engaging learning experiences, activities, materials and compelling course content
- Lead projects through the design lifecycle
- Manage the development of instructional materials
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in instructional design
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Experience with LMS
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint required
