Job Summary
A healthcare services company is seeking a Remote Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances clinical and operation onboarding and overall retention
- Working with subject matter experts and cross-functional team and identify clinical and patient support team training needs
- Applying tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree from a U.S institution
- Minimum of 3 years experience in instructional design
- Experience creating impactful training materials that support adult learning styles
- Familiarity with G-suite platform and other applicable training platforms
- Proven knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and baseline Javascript
- Experience in data science, tracking learning outcomes using xAPI
